Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee to join the dynamic Miratech Sourcing team and play a key role in contributing to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

• Creating comprehensive profiles for candidates, highlighting key qualifications, and assessing their potential for introduction to clients.
• Reviewing resumes to ensure alignment of candidates' qualifications with job requirements.
• Maintaining effective communication with potential candidates, and providing timely updates and information about the hiring process.
• Assisting in document preparation, filing, and updating internal databases.
• Working with various internal systems and databases to ensure an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in administrative positions or in the business field.
• Written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
• Expertise in creating, writing, and proofreading documents is a plus.
• Experience working with large amounts of information and data.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Critical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of IT and related technologies is considered a benefit.
