JOB SUMMARY

  • The Trainer will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of training programs to ensure the effective adoption of new deployments, the establishment of a comprehensive learning management system, and the creation of a centralized knowledge base. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of training methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • The accepted candidate is expected to work onsite.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) to support new hires and ongoing employee development.
  • Create and maintain a centralized company knowledge base, consolidating existing training materials and ensuring accessibility for all employees.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, including scenario-based, module-based, and video-based training.
  • Update and enhance training materials and resources to ensure they remain current and relevant.
  • Facilitate training tailored to suit a diverse audience, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with department heads and trainers to coordinate role-specific training delivery and address any blockers to ensure continuity.
  • Establish a structured schedule and reporting system for trainers, promoting consistency and accountability.
  • Initiate refresher training and updated process discussions to uptrain/upskill employees.
  • Ensure training courses are relevant, engaging, and up-to-date.
  • Maintain current qualifications and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to facilitate the effective adoption of new deployments, including the incorporation of tools such as Jira and Launchnotes.
  • Create and execute detailed training plans, ensuring alignment with the training calendar and organizational needs.
  • Provide a Learning Management System (LMS) platform for new hires and support the creation of self-learning modules.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive company knowledge base, consolidating existing training materials and ensuring accessibility for all employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads and trainers to coordinate role-specific training delivery and address any blockers to ensure continuity.
