Description Summary: A Training and Implementation Admin II is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the training and implementation teams and customers. This position task includes billing, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing email and communication, creation of databases and files, and provide assistance with team reporting. The Implementation Support Specialist may also be responsible for coordinating team events, and customer implementation.  Maintain all processes required to timely and accurately support the training and implementation teams and customers, while staying organized, and informative.    

 Essential Duties:

The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties.

  • Works with training and implementation teams and customer(s) to evaluate needs and implementation/project timing.
  • Maintain customer billing contact information and answer general billing questions for internal or external purposes.
  • Serve as the primary contact person within the Training and Implementation teams for the Accounts Receivable & Finance departments.
  • Complete all setup and monthly recurring new customer billing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support and update KPI tracking spreadsheet for audits.
  • Maintain customer projects in tracking tool.
  • Support & maintain appropriate support documentation for both customers and in-house personnel.
  • Assist project team, as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives.
  • Ensuring a Training & Implementation team is operating securely and effectively.
  • Leading and/or participating in meetings.
  • Assisting manager in compiling budget information and reports.
  • Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals.
  • Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed.
  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Training/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a directly related position.
  • Associate degree in
  • Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
  • Hospitality experience is preferred.

Skills & Abilities Required: 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oral.
  • Organized in thought and communications; ability to manage time effectively.
  • Provide a high attention to detail.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision / self-starter.
  • Ability to adapt to change in work environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work the majority of the day using the computer, telephone and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel infrequently in representing the company’s interests required.
  • Ability to work a hybrid in-office / remote schedule that is determined by the company.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
