Please note that this role is a fixed term contract roll for 6 months.

The Training and Localisation Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the localisation of our training content and platform into multiple different languages, alongside coordinating the team with training event logistics for on-site client training. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, AI tools, and data entry. The person will report to the Senior Learning Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing the localisation of training content into multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines.
  • Utilise Adobe Premiere Pro for basic editing, captioning and integrating localised content.
  • Implement AI tools to enhance the localisation process.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to localisation projects.
  • Ensure all localised training content aligns with our brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Learning Designer.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the training and localisation teams.
  • Coordinate team activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining project timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
  • Assist in organising and tracking project documentation and resources.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate team activities efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in a second language.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Previous experience in data entry.
