Training and Onboarding Coordinator

Location: Must be able to be onsite in our Atlanta office 1-2 days/week

 The Training & Onboarding Coordinator position at RELEX is responsible for the successful coordination of onboarding and continuous professional development of employees at RELEX. Having an incredible onboarding experience in a new company provides an employee a first glimpse of what it is like to be a RELEXian. RELEX strives to provide every employee with a unique and meaningful onboarding experience along with continued development opportunities. Your role will be to help to shape and coordinate the onboarding experience for our employees in the Americas, as well as support employees as they grow at RELEX.  

What you’ll be doing:

• Onboarding:
  • All new hire welcome communication- includes starting information, onboarding paperwork and any necessary travel information
  • Point of contact for onboarding after recruitment and through general onboarding 
  • Schedule and ensure new hire training for all new RELEXians
  • Maintain regular contact with Managers to update onboarding needs and onboarding materials
  • Help coordinate new hire travel and accommodations to Atlanta office and headquarters (Helsinki, FI)
  • Point of contact of RELEX Learning Management System
• Other Responsibilities:
  • Support Talent Acquisition team in onboarding of our LATAM employee base
  • Support Functional teams in coordinating training initiatives 
  • Support People Director in Management Training initiatives
  • Work with internal IT to ensure proper equipment is stocked 
  • Work in partnership with the Global Learning and Development team to ensure consistency in processes and training initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field 
• 1-3 Years of working experience in Administration/Coordination, Training, Onboarding, or other relevant Human Resources role. 
• Experience creating and working with PowerPoint Presentations 
• Experience using Outlook, especially Outlook Calendar feature
• Experience and comfort in presenting to small audiences 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information 
• Training Program experience, nice to have  
• Ability to Speak and write in Spanish, nice to have
