Summary

This position is located in the Office of the Director and reports to the Director of Training and Program Development. The employee serves as the Training and Program Development Specialist for Community Relations Service (CRS) national training and program initiatives.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position of Training and Program Development Specialist, (GS-0301-13), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to the series and grade you are applying to.

Specialized Experience: To qualify for this Training and Program Development Specialist position at the GS-13 level, your resume must clearly demonstrate that you have one full year of specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to at least the GS-12 level in the federal service. Examples of qualifying experience include the following types of tasks performed on a regular and recurring basis: Leading training programs/projects for an organization. Designing and facilitating training workshops to improve staff development. Developing training materials to improve staff functionality
