Training CoordinatorÂ
The primary purpose of this position is to act as an administrator for Hydrite’s document control, training, and internal auditing systems.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Quality
- Act as the primary administrator and support contact for Hydrite’s internal document control system (SharePoint)
- Review, prepare and approve controlled documents for publishing.
- Communicate to the branches the revised, new and obsolete controlled documents at least monthly.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the internal document control system.
- Training
- Support and maintain Hydrite’s internal training platform.
- Complete weekly user audit
- Support internal/external requests for documentation
- Update training materials
- Provide company training metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the training platform.
- Safety
- Coordinate and support internal audits
- Support monthly safety metrics
- Support administrative tasks for the EHS team
- Identify opportunities for improvement with safety reporting.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- This position reports to the Quality Systems Manager.Â
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma, college degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative role
- Manufacturing administrative experience preferred
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and an effective communicator with good people skills.
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Experience using eLearning development tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc) is a plus.
- Experience using an online learning management system is a plus.
- Experience with SharePoint is required
- Regular office attendance is required
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel required.
- Travel Requirements: This position is based at the corporate office, with some travel to branches.
