About the position:

  • The Assurance training department is passionate about building and providing new hires with a solid foundation for success and creating a positive environment for learning. We do that by providing end-to-end management of a sales onboarding, training and enablement program providing the sales organization with the research, content, and training to help agents be more effective on all verticals. A Training Coordinator is key to helping our program be successful.

  • This position is responsible for creating and delivering a sales training curriculum and development program to licensed and unlicensed sales agents. Additionally, the Coordinator is responsible for delivering the training curriculum, consisting of sales skills, systems, and product knowledge, underwriting and competitive market knowledge. The coordinator will influence the effectiveness of the training program and ensure continuous improvements are evaluated. By staying abreast of the current industry training trends, developments and best practices, the coordinator will work with the Training Manager and sales leadership to implement recommended changes The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of our strategy and services.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and deliver curriculum, consisting of sales skills, systems, and product knowledge, underwriting and competitive market knowledge as appropriate
  • Gather and evaluate information from learners to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Prepare to deliver training by reviewing agenda, curriculum and materials required to ensure information is relevant, accurate and current information is taught
  • Inform learners on scheduled training and requirements
  • Provide coaching during training to provide real time feedback to learners ranging from their sales process, how to use tools/technology to providing each level of progressive discipline if needed.
  • Manage timecards/correctionsย
