Training Coordinator - Ibotta Care
Job Description
Ibotta is seeking an Ibotta Care Training Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
We are looking for someone passionate to collaborate with the Training & Development Team in supporting all of Ibotta Care and shaping the future of the Ibotta Care Training Program. The Ibotta Care (IC) Team is one of the key differentiators among Ibotta’s competitors. The accuracy, efficiency, analytical thinking, and personal attention the team gives to every shopper is a key component in the success of our company. The schedule for this position is 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MT. However, the candidate selected must also be available to work between the hours of 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT as/if requested.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States. Â
What you will be doing:Â
Collaborate with the Lead Trainer/Training Manager and other internal departments to develop fun and exciting training programs for Ibotta Care
Create and actively maintain all training materials for Ibotta Care and its third-party vendors
Provide training for new hires and tenured agents
Ensure all trainees complete all training programs, and thoroughly document the progress of each trainee in a timely manner for review by the Lead Trainer/Training ManagerÂ
Complete individual projects as assigned by the Lead Trainer/Training Manager and Ibotta Care Management team
Support other Ibotta Care sub-teams as necessaryÂ
Contribute to Department syncs as needed
Maintain knowledge of all agent workflows

What We Are Looking For:Â
High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred
Strongly Preferred: Adult Education, Training class delivery skills and Instructional Design/Curriculum Development experience.
A working knowledge of the Ibotta app, Admin, ZenDesk, all G Suite applications, and iOS and Android operating systemsÂ
Self-motivated and proactiveÂ
Strong, persuasive written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Dedication to teamwork and collaboration, and a passion for teaching others in an ever-evolving environment
Ability to manage several projects and their moving parts simultaneously
Great analytical and problem solving abilities

This is a full-time remote position, and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
Base compensation range: $17.18/hour. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range does not apply to Canada or Mexico.Â
