At the heart of our training, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth chart retrieval. As Episource’s Training Development Coordinator, you’ll inspire unwavering training expertise in pursuit of continuous improvement.

This remote, full-time, work-from-home role reports to Episource’s MRR Director.

  • Serve as a training implementation SME. Leverage your training strategy skills and elevate Episource’s workforce excellence through expertly curating onboarding, orientation, and skills training programs. Unite Episource team members and internal stakeholders with purpose, precision, and inspiration.
  • Leverage your learning and development acumen. Ignite growth by designing custom training programs that empower and cater to individual needs. In this role, you’ll create robust training materials, including manuals and guides, while delivering vibrant training sessions using a mix of methods to spark inspiration and lasting development.
  • Showcase your meticulous eye for detail. With your eye for excellence, you’ll ensure the legacy of training, progress, and retraining needs through meticulous documentation.
  • Observe with an eye for improvement. Measures program impact with precision through feedback mechanisms and surveys. Stays at the forefront of training trends, utilizing surveys, interviews, focus groups, and constant communication with supervisors and department leadership.
  • Manages training budget efficiently, upholding transparency in expenses with meticulous record-keeping. Demonstrates unwavering commitment to company policies and procedures.

Here is what you’ll bring to the Expert Teams at Episource.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Outstanding communication skills for seamless interaction with all stakeholders, complemented by strong presentation abilities
  • Mastery of diverse multimedia training tools for in-depth research and innovative training solutions. Proficiency in designing and executing impactful training and development programs
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, GSuites, and related program software
  • Knowledge of medical chart Components, Medical Records, and EMR Systems
  • At least two years of training experience is required in chart retrieval, and preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
  • Knowledge of customer specifications and industry standards and practices
  • Excel independently within set guidelines, maintaining unwavering ethics, integrity, discretion, and exceptional communication
  • Inspire by demonstrating the capacity to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude, all while delivering outstanding customer service

Salary Range (or rate): $20.00/hourly
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to your salary, Episource offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contributions.
