Training & Development Director (Bilingual, Hybrid)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Director of Training and Development for our fast-growing client to design and oversee all learning and development programs within the organization.Â
Ultimately, you will help develop employees’ skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.
A day in your life might include…
• Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources
• Manage quarterly and annual training budgets
• Handle performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per location, team and individual
• Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning
• Craft career plans
• Product Training Design
• Plan training programs based on business goals
• Evaluate the results of learning courses
• Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms)
• A welcome collaboration! Being a true team player is a must.
• Bilingual in English/SpanishÂ
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in training and development leadership.Â
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)
• Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Multi-Unit location experienceÂ
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• BS/MS in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
• Ability to travel within Florida and < 15% within the United States
