YOUR TEAM

Nuna’s products are built to help deliver value-based care, at scale, across the United States healthcare system. Value-based healthcare is a delivery model where providers are paid based on patient health outcomes, instead of traditional fee for service arrangements, driving delivery of higher quality care for patients at lower cost. Today, value-based care is incredibly difficult to operationalize so we’re making it easier with products that enable automated, accurate, and transparent operation of value-based payments.

You’ll work and collaborate with customers on a regular basis and seek to win their confidence and satisfaction as we implement our products. You’ll also work cross functionally with other teams within the enterprise to help ensure our new hires and current Nuna team members are trained on Nuna’s products and various applications used within the organization. 

YOUR ROLE

The Training and Education Specialist is part of the Training and Education Team and will report to the Training and Education Manager.  This role will work closely with other members of the Training and Education team in support of Nuna’s client training program and internal learning/training initiatives designed for Nuna employees.  

YOUR IMPACT
  • External Impact - You will be responsible for developing and delivering the training programs for Nuna’s customers. In many instances, you will be the first face of Nuna and its products for thousands of end users. This role will be essential to educating Nuna customers using multiple mediums to ensure optimal value from use of Nuna products.  
  • Internal Impact - Through collaboration with cross functional teams and key stakeholders within the enterprise, your expertise will aid in the implementation of learning and development initiatives designed to support the growing needs of Nuna employees.

YOU BRING
    • Strong ability in adapting to a fast-paced, highly-demanding, constantly changing environment with a customer-service oriented mindset
    • Excellent facilitation and and training content development skills
    • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
    • Strong ability to learn or  possess a willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills and knowledge
    • High level of competency and willingness in  working  with other team members and collaborating across functional  teams on multiple projects with varying deadlines
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Experience utilizing content creation software and tools such as Camtasia, Adobe, SnagIt, etc. to quickly and effectively create training materials 
    • Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Calendar, etc.)
    • 5+ years of experience working in a training or learning and development role
    • Bachelor degree required, Master’s degree preferred 
    • Willingness to travel (when needed to conducted trainings onsite or in-person)
BONUSES
  • Experience using Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar eLearning authoring software
  • Experience using ClickUp and/or other similar applications
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Calendar, etc.) and Microsoft Office 
  • Experience working in a fast pace environment and/or startup environment

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
