About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Enablement Lead with a strong technical background in cybersecurity, networking, and application technologies along with the associated troubleshooting best practices. As the Training and Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and delivering training programs to a senior technical audience within CrowdStrike.
As the Training and Enablement Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing the cybersecurity capabilities of our technical teams, enabling them to safeguard our customers against evolving threats. Your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver engaging training sessions will be vital in improving the team's effectiveness. What You'll Do:
  • Subject Matter Expert: Become a technical expert on CrowdStrike's core product set.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for technical teams. Utilize various methods such as instructor-led training, workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms to ensure knowledge retention and skill development.
  • Curriculum Development: Create engaging and effective training material, course work and hands-on exercises tailored to the needs of technical professionals. Develop content that covers various cybersecurity aspects, including best practices for troubleshooting and supporting problem resolution on behalf of CrowdStrike customers.
  • Strategize: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs within technical teams. Develop a comprehensive and prioritized training strategy that aligns with the organization's cybersecurity goals and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and technologies. Stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices to enhance training content and keep the technical audience will-informed.
  • Evaluation & Feedback: Implement mechanisms to assess training effectiveness, gather feedback from participants, and continuously improve training programs based on data insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical leadership and managers to align training initiatives with business objectives and complemented by ongoing professional development efforts.
  • Enablement Support: Provide post-training support to technical teams by assisting with complex troubleshooting scenarios, sharing knowledge resources, and being available for consultation.
  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor and coach for technical team members, guiding on technical challenges and career development within the cybersecurity domain.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent real world experience.
  • Proven mentor and technical trainer.
  • Strong knowledge of network, security, and application technologies.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various cybersecurity and troubleshooting tools, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and educate senior technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 - $150,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
