Job Description
The Opportunity
The Training & Implementation Lead (TIL) will be responsible for rolling out OrthoFi products and services to orthodontic practices nationwide, and for partnering with orthodontists and staff to ensure they are successful. The TIL is responsible for managing each implementation, end-to-end, including scheduling, building in the platform, planning, customizing as appropriate, and complete curriculum delivery with testing for understanding. Typical implementations include several weeks of remote system training and setup from a work from home location. The Training and Implementation Lead will be expected to conduct onsite training and go-live support for 2-3 business days, followed by advanced user training in a virtual set and a measured adoption period. In addition, the Lead will be responsible for coordination of all project management touch points with clients to determine if pre-implementation trainings will need to be combined, travel extended, or additional onsite support is required. This position is also responsible for working closely with the Training Development team to conduct continuous improvement of training materials and formats based on customer feedback, and Implementation and Customer Satisfaction Surveys. For those Training and Implementation Leads that are located within the Denver area, there is the opportunity to work within the Denver office.
