About the role:
GoHealth is actively seeking a Training Specialist to join our Learning and Development team. As part of this collaborative team, the Training Specialist will be responsible for providing an exceptional learning experience and ensuring the successful implementation and execution of our training programs. This position will be responsible for delivering onboarding training courses, ensuring certification completion, and meeting or exceeding key performance indicators. They will foster an inclusive learning environment and provide feedback and ideas on curriculum, training policies, and procedures. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in facilitation.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver training curriculum to lead our new hire agents in getting to or above program average on key performance indicators as quickly as possible.
- Reviews materials for instructor-led and online training (including interactive tutorials and rich media educational videos).
- Facilitates face to face or virtual learning for topics that include products, systems, new hire education, and continuing education.
- Understands and adheres to all training policies and procedures; contributes to process improvement initiatives to streamline and improve operational efficiencies. Â
- Oversee completion of eLearning and online assessments.
- Ensure agents complete carrier certification and are appointed to sell upon completion of Training.
- Documentation of learners’ progression, proficiencies and behavioral trends.
- Acclimate new hires to the GoHealth culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exemplary communicator with a collaborative working style
- A critical eye for nuance, detail, and editorial principles
- Medicare insurance industry and/or inbound sales center experience preferred
- Continuous learner with a passion for coaching and developing people
- Experience with measuring training effectiveness preferred
