About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver impactful leadership and soft skills training programs for employee onboarding and continuous education. You will be responsible for creating and implementing processes, programs, and curricula that enhance employee productivity and leadership capabilities, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.
Additionally, you will contribute to our enablement strategy by designing scalable and interactive learning programs, managing their development and validation, and overseeing reporting. Your efforts will also help improve team efficiency by participating in technology evaluations and supporting their implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Collaborate with our Customer Service team to create and deliver leadership and soft skills training content for employee onboarding and continuous education using the most effective formats and delivery methods.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in leadership and soft skills training, as well as changes in company products, messaging, and processes.
- Curriculum Development: Develop processes, programs, and curricula that enhance employee productivity and leadership capabilities. Own program initiatives and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals.
- Enablement Strategy: Contribute to the enablement strategy by developing scalable and interactive learning programs, including program design, development, validation, and managing reporting.
- Prioritize Enablement: Establish enablement priorities that are both qualitative and quantitative, inclusive of each team’s unique needs, and clearly aligned with the company’s objectives and initiatives.
- Improve Efficiency: Help scale enablement practices and improve team efficiency by actively participating in technology evaluations and supporting their implementation.
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between technology and service, bringing multiple partners together to make decisions that are best for the business.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share leadership and soft skills expertise with multiple teams through demos, training, presentations, documentation, and support.
- Program Management: Initiate programs from strategy creation to execution to delivery to completion, while monitoring and reporting their status to program stakeholders and all involved parties.
- Passion for Development: Demonstrate a passion for leadership development, soft skills training, and employee enablement.
- Organizational Skills: Be accountable, highly organized, and capable of leading cross-functional projects.
- Strategic Mindset: Possess a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities to drive performance, productivity, and results through building strong relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement that lead to measurable outcomes, always seeking to evolve enablement and training solutions.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree and years of experience in training, leadership development, or a related field.
- Preference for candidates located in Minneapolis.
- Minimal travel required.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Salary Range - $67,300 - $115,200
