Training Support Lead

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking Training Support Leads in the following locations:

· Fort Liberty, North Carolina

· Fort Campbell, Kentucky

· Fort Drum, New York

· Fort Stewart, Georgia

This position is contingent upon contract award.

How Role will make an impact:

• Supervise the Training Support Division (TSD) on-site during standard operating hours.
• Conduct overall management and coordination for all collective, intelligence, and individual training events.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline. Graduate of the Army CGSC
• Knowledge of and experience with Army constructive models and simulations.
• Demonstrated experience controlling medium to large unit training events and operations for MTC or similar organizations.
• Experience with military training and training support at the Brigade or higher level.
• Experience in operations and training requirements at Division or higher level.
• Experience executing Mission Command training at battalion command level or higher.
