We're looking for Accounting/Finance Professionals with Transaction Advisory Services experience. This role will manage projects while partnering with leadership stakeholders. These are all fully remote projects (must be in the US). For all of these opportunities, you set your own rates!

Position Overview

You would be working as a remote Expert (1099 contractor) in a managed marketplace that is accelerating the mass migration to the gig / freelance economy by satisfying experts' need of a predictable and reliable income while still harnessing the benefits of the gig economy. Our goal is to empower you to do what you love by providing you with a line-of-sight into what your future earnings look like by building your own book of business on our platform. Paro's matchmaking algorithms make game-changing efficient matches, eliminating the time you have to spend on sales and business development. We ensure that the expectations and budgets on all of the projects are clearly defined before they get to you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead Human Capital Management (HCM) service delivery models and components including processes, organizational designs, technologies, etc.
• Transform HCM service delivery models and design/implement customer care technologies – including portals, knowledge bases, case management systems, and multi-channel change management
• Partner with key leadership stakeholders on turnaround and restructuring strategies to support future decision-making

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics as well as an MBA
• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred (Big 10 public accounting experience required)
• 3+ years of transaction advisory services experience
• Solid experience in the following: accounting, audit or transaction advisory services
• Strong current knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
• A self-starter who is confident when interacting with clients, internal team members, and firm leadership
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Must have the ability to work independently without guidance
• Must have the utmost integrity and understanding of confidentiality
• Must have a professional demeanor in person and on the phone
