Transaction Coordinator

As a Transaction Coordinator at Truehold you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate acquisition process. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow within the company starting with core transaction support tasks and progressively taking on more responsibilities including market ownership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and eager to learn and advance in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and manage Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)

• Assist with title searches inspections and tenant qualification due diligence

• Work closely with the Transaction Managers to support their deal pipelines

• Provide vacation coverage for team members

• Responsibility of physical mail when necessary for transaction documents

• Ensure accurate system data and maintain completed deal document sets

• Reviewing HOA documents to verify the absence of rental restrictions

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel

• Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and terminology

• Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly

• Basic understanding of real estate contracts and legal documents

• Excellent time management skills

• Professional demeanor when interacting with internal team members and external partners

• Demonstrated ability to empathize with team members sellers stakeholders fostering positive relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred ideally in Real Estate Business or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate transactions or related field preferred

• The ability to work one Saturday a month

• Real estate license a plus but not required
