Transaction Services Manager

We are seeking a Transaction Services Manager to join our team in Wichita, KS. This role is an integral part of our Operations team by being responsible for transaction services and process management through team leadership and communication.

Essential functions of the role:

• Extract and review information from transaction services systems to identify trends, monitor performance of functions, and prepare trend reports for senior management
• Manage transaction services and maintenance and respond to complex customer inquiries
• Oversee ACH, ATM, Mobile Deposits, and Treasury Management
• Review and test the department Business Continuity Plan
• Provide regular, timely coaching of associates on performance and provide ongoing training on applicable compliance regulations, technology, and processes
• Establish cross training procedures for optimal staffing and communicate department goals and objectives
• Act as the primary liaison and point of communication for customers, Emprise associates, other banks, and vendors involving credit analysis process, services, and solutions

Requirements

• High School Diploma OR GED required
• 5+ years of banking OR management experience required
• ACH experience required
• Team management experience required
• AAP or APRP certifications preferred
• Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software
