INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Millennium Trust Company Internship Program is a 10-week summer program that provides FIRST-RATE, HANDS-ON experience and opportunities to work on challenging projects you can add to your resume! At Millennium, you will not only develop new skills, but will experience the fullness of Millennium Trust Company and our culture through mentors, in-house professional development, group activities and challenges. At the conclusion of the internship, all interns will participate in a company-wide team competition. This internship will provide a fantastic springboard for your future career! We offer a hybrid internship experience with students working a combined virtual and in-person schedule at our Oak Brook, Illinois office location.
HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
As a Transactional Real Estate Intern, you will be exposed to the operational side of Real Estate and Transaction Services. Emphasis will be placed on purchases, sales, and payment processes. The Real Estate team is responsible for daily transactions relating to the purchase, sale, and maintenance of direct real estate investments mainly within IRA's. The Transaction Services team is responsible for processing transactions relating to the purchase and sales of alternative investments and futures. The ideal candidate will be detailed, analytical, and can work independently.

• Works with Real Estate and Transaction Services teams to ideate solutions
• Performs work on real estate transaction projects
• Maintains a professional approach to client service, consistent with MTC protocol and service levels.
• Other duties as assigned

INTERNSHIP MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to start June 5, 2023 (internship goes through August 11, 2023)
• Must be a Junior or Senior in Fall 2023
• Ability to commit to hybrid work environment (office is based in Oak Brook, IL)
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field

• IRA and alternative investments interest and knowledge a plus.
• Operate efficiently, with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through
• Proven ability to both prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Optimistic with a consistently positive and flexible attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
