- Provide excellent communications by addressing clients’ questions and concerns on a timely basis
- Accurately execute client transactions across the different organizational systems
- Assist with internal projects if asked by your manager or other departments needs help
- As a Transfers-Out/Distributions Specialist, you will be communicating with Investors, by assisting with Transfers-Out, Distribution and Liquidation transactions, which can consist of questions, issues, creating letters and problem resolutions
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication (written and verbal)
- Prepare and send out letters for In-Kind distribution and transfer requests
- Prepare and send out requests/letters for Liquidations
- Getting paperwork ready for signatures and sending out paperwork for exchanges
- Data Entry
- Email and phone communications with clients, sponsors, and other IRA custodians
- Communicating with other departments
- Researching
- Process cash distributions
- Other tasks as assigned
- 1 year of equivalent work experience in financial services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to be flexible
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to multitask
- Knowledge of IRAs is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office–Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time in an office or home office setting while working
Forge implements a mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, which applies to all employees. All employees covered by this policy are required to be fully vaccinated as a term and condition of employment at Forge. Employees are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after completing primary vaccination with a COVID-19 vaccine, with, if applicable, at least the minimum recommended interval between doses. Employees must provide truthful and accurate information about their COVID-19 vaccination status, and, if applicable, their testing results as of the first date of their employment.Â
Employees may request an exception from this mandatory vaccination policy if the vaccine is medically contraindicated for them or medical necessity requires a delay in vaccination. Employees also may be legally entitled to a reasonable accommodation if they cannot be vaccinated because of a disability, or if the provisions in this policy for vaccination conflict with a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance. All such requests will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
