We’re hiring for a Transformation Manager to join our Transformation Team in London.
Purpose of the Role
As Transformation Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of business transformation projects. You will support the Head of Transformation to work with the other Global Business Operations Leadership to execute the strategic transformation agenda and deliver the business’ cross-functional strategic agenda. The role will involve interacting with dentsu’s global matrix management structure, working closely with Global and Regional Business Leads, Business Functions and Third Party Suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with our global network of project & change management professionals to support transformation programmes and other initiativesÂ
- Support the creation of Dentsu Group Management Board (GMB) and Business Operations Committee (BOC) materials as part of monthly Business Operations Leadership team and Global Executive reviewsÂ
- Support the portfolio management of key strategic transformation programmes, coordinating the prioritisation of activity against our capacity and capability, working in collaboration cross-functional teamsÂ
- Support management and governing of global strategic investment funds allocation and trackingÂ
- Respond to requests from the global leadership to help them navigate immediate business challenges and requirements.
Qualifications + Skills
- Experience (7-10 years) working within large, complex global organisations, with proven recent experience of project managing a complex transformation
- This can include experience gained working in a leading management consultancy working across a wide range transformation, strategy and change projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to quick analyse and interpret large sets of complex data to draw key insights, provide a clear point of view and recommendations
- Strong financial modelling skills (e.g. creating and managing detailed financial models, able to scenario analysis, forecast cost/benefit impacts, track performance, visualise data and outputs effectively) and have an attention to detailÂ
- Active monitoring, identification and proactive management of programme key risks and issuesÂ
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, manage expectations, influence and ensure alignment with project objectives with the ability to shape and define deliverables suitable for a senior audienceÂ
What we offer
