Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 – 3 years of work experience
- Strong analytic/financial modeling skills
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar type of role at a fast-paced company
- Careful attention to detail, strong work ethic, team orientation and high integrity
- Outstanding interpersonal skills (ability to quickly establish rapport, reliably contribute and collaborate on cross-functional teams)
- Self-motivated individual who displays a “can-do” attitude: willing to contribute at all levels in a high performing and lean team environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support high priority strategic projects across growth, operations, and other critical business function to track progress and generate follow-ups
- Develop analytical tools and financial modeling to support project business cases and track impact of efforts
- Serve as internal consultants/advisors to senior leaders to help them organize priorities, develop meeting materials, summarize key internal analyses, conduct industry research, and ghost write key communications
- Develop monthly and quarterly Board and ad hoc investor materials
- Codify processes, workflows, and policies (“playbooks”) to serve as foundation for scaling operations
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify business challenges/strengths and potential new Transformation projects
