Job description

Your Responsibility:

  • Field Service work is focused on execution of service jobs with high quality, reliability, and timely completion with adherence to safety requirements always.
  • You will live by Company core values of safety, Quality, and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
  • You must carry out service installation, commissioning, testing and other service-related activities on transformers of various sizes (Distribution to large Power Transformers)
  • You will diagnose technical problems, determine, and implement corrective actions.
  • You must execute service activities on time within budget with expected quality with a high focus on safety.
  • End to end management of Service activities before attending the site and onsite including coordination with customers and other stakeholders.
  • You will maintain and strengthen working relationship with customers.
  • You will interact with and support sales team on potential business opportunities.
  • You will prepare all required safety, financial, operational, and technical documents and reports associated with service activities.
  • You will proactively identify and participate in performance improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.
  • Undertake Product training to develop skill sets, further enhance product knowledge and grow as product specialist.

Your Background :

  • A-Grade Electrical License a must.
  • Good command on Electrical Testing of transformers is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in transformer testing and services.
  • Customer focused, ability to communicate effectively, work within a team and follow instructions and ability to work independently and as a PICW.
