As a Transition Change Manager, you'll play a critical role by ensuring employee readiness to absorb transformative initiatives and enable program objectives by driving high-velocity organizational readiness and adoption. You will focus on the people side of program implementations by analyzing the impact of change on business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing TCM (Transition Change Management) strategies, plans, and communications to facilitate employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance and risk. As TCM Manager, you'll get to work across program and organizational boundaries to help design and deliver strategies that realize program goals, increase benefits realization, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
As the Supply Network Planning Transition Change Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Apply a structured framework in leading change management activities.
- Integrate Change Management activities into project plans.
- Conduct Change Impact analysis and assess change readiness.
- Partner with program management on sponsor roadmaps and resistance management strategy/tactics.
- Create actionable deliverables for communications, training/coaching, and documentation.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Development (or related) with 4+ years of demonstrated chain management experience.
- Master's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Development (or related) with 3+ years of demonstrated chain management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or another course study in Change Management.
- Prosci (or other TCM firm) TCM certification preferred.
- Semiconductor and/or supply chain transformation experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$52,000.00-$200,000.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
