WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Transition Manager who will drive successful adoption of critical procurement platforms, products, and processes across all of Nike, around the globe! We need someone who will develop and implement change strategies; identify and analyze stakeholders; assess change impacts and change readiness of collaborators; and develop and implement change, communications, and training plans. We need this person to have strong influencing, relationship-building, and story-telling capabilities, and the ability to quickly create compelling visual, verbal, and written communications tailored to the needs of multiple audiences.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Transition Manager will be working with teams and leaders at multiple levels to perform stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and change readiness assessments, and deliver change, communications, and training deliverables.

In a typical day/week, they will work across Nike functions and geographies to document customers and assess their needs, preferences, and concerns and develop strategies for their successful engagement. They will design and create communications and training deliverables tailored to multiple audiences, including presentations, process documentation, digital media, and events. They will consult and coach project teams and senior leaders to integrate change, communications, and training activities into program and project plans. They will work with program and project managers to implement and track progress against plans, and to identify, raise, and resolve risks to successful user adoption.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Transition Manager will be working as part of the Global Procurement Enablement & Operations team reporting to the Procurement Platforms Development & PMO Director to inspire change adoption across Nike. They will work with Global Procurement category leaders and teams, and across multiple Nike functions around the globe, including Legal, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, and Risk. They will also collaborate on and oversee the change, communications, and training work completed by Nike suppliers on key change initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading change management activities for process and technology programs with an enterprise impact of 7K+ people

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting change initiatives for Fortune 500, global, multi-national organizations

- Excellent command of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

- Industry certification (i.e., CCMP, Prosci) required

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including ability to quickly tailor information to different audiences based on their needs)

- Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with all levels

- Excellent ability to create compelling storylines and visuals, particularly in MS PowerPoint

- Strong project management skills, including development of work breakdown structures, achievements, deliverables, and critical path dependencies

- Excellent active listening skills and ability to establish and maintain strong collaborator relationships

- Experience in management consulting preferred

- Experience in Finance or Procurement preferred
