Transport and Admin Executive

As part of daily responsibilities, your work requires you to direct and control allocated areas of transport activity, meeting defined objectives and day-to-day operational requirements.

To contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities on an ongoing basis.

You should be a highly organized analytical thinker with good oral and written communication skills.

You must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines under pressure pertaining to employees transport and their safety

Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily tasks include supervising employee travel route & allocating driver assignments

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining all vehicles in good working condition.

Database management that includes detail transport activities, employee schedules and personnel records

Monitoring the transportation budget to ensure funds are properly utilized as directed by management

Able to implement environmental laws, procedures and processes.

Manage, supervise and monitor fleet operations

Contribute to the identification, evaluation and where appropriate implementation, of improvement initiatives within the Transport operation.

Regular communication with employees in terms of feedback.

Skills required:

Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Transport Operations

Good communication

Good in MS Excel & MS word.

Any Graduate
