Transportation Provider Network Director
Job Description
Modivcare is looking for an experienced Provider Relations Director to help establish compliance for the Transportation Provider Network within their assigned market. You will ensure ongoing network development and available contract rate capacity through commitment to overall network health. You will be responsible for the management and successful leadership of all programs across your market(s). You will provide direction and close guidance in managing ongoing transportation supplier relationships through communicating with all Provider Relations Managers/Coordinators. Reporting to the Network Regional Director, you will manage the everyday workings of the Provider Relations program, including overseeing implementations, trainings, remediating issues with Transportation Providers, ensuring PRM compliance with appropriate procedures, and providing accurate reporting to senior leadership. You will provide leadership support on the development of all deployments, special projects or other Network Health related actions.
You will...
- Ensure network capacity and manage cost of transportation.
- Communicate with Network Development team on capacity strategies, develop and oversee execution of action plans and work with Network Services team on provider compliance as part of provider performance oversight.
- Ensure overall network health for the assigned market through ongoing network development and individual provider relations support.
- Manage and negotiate transportation provider network contracts to ensure that performance criteria are met and maintained along with onboarding of transportation providers.
- Develop metrics and execute ongoing network development to manage network deficiencies.
- Approve new provider contracts, settlement deductions and other payments.
- Manage overall Network Digitization and platform use.
- Manage problem resolution and quality monitoring including provider complaint reports.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years work experience.
- 3+ years of relevant analysis experience.
- 2 or more years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in the medical or human services transportation.
- Transportation, routing, or, or dispatching experience or knowledge of transit system.
- Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines.
- Have a valid driver's license and can use a hands-free mobile phone.
- Knowledge of organizational planning, budgetary administration and controls
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis techniques
- Qlik Sense experience.
- Can travel 50% of time, and work in-office for the remainder of the time.
Salary: $90,324 - 133,576
