ADTRAV Travel Management, founded in 1977, has over four decades of experience in managing corporate, government, vacation, group, meetings, and incentive travel programs across the United States. We have experienced steady growth throughout our history and are currently ranked as one of the top business travel management companies in the country.

We are currently looking for a motivated Leisure Account Travel Advisor to join our dynamic and growing team.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations with potential and current clients to assist them in making vacation plans with our agency
• Work with suppliers to create vacation packages and itineraries for clients
• Book and issue airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations through Sabre GDS system, accurately and efficiently
• Oversee all stages of the travel management process including payables/receivables, client care, confirming travel arrangements, etc.
• In addition to serving clients sourced by our agency, work to build a portfolio of clients within your personal network

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent organization and time management skills with superior attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• GDS proficiency, Sabre GDS Preferred
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience
• Minimum 2 years of Leisure Travel Experience
• Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to establish and develop relationships
• Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
