Travel and Expense Administrator - Remote - Concur Experience!!

This role is responsible for managing and processing all travel and expense reports within the JAX organization. This role involves reviewing and verifying expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies, processing reimbursements, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. As well as education to JAX employee about changes to policy and changes to Concur.

Key Responsibilities (What you contribute)

• Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) system
• Maintains the corporate credit card program
• Responsible for internal and external communication regarding travel
• Identify credit card reconciliation delays and alters management as needed
• Train new employees and conduct ongoing training on all T&E processes
• Review expense reports submitted by employees for overall reasonableness and receipt attachment, ensuring that users are not in violation of JAX’s T&E and Credit Card policies
• Work with Concur support and IT to resolve technical issues
• Develop, implement, and maintain T&E procedure and policies
• Perform other related accounts payable duties as required
• Providing customer service to employees regarding expense policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (You're good at)

• 5-7 years Travel & Expense Management experience
• Associates required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using SAP - Concur Expense management softward
• Ability to manage and process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Ensuring all travel and expense activities adhere to JAX policies and guidelines.
• Reconciling credit card charges with expense reports and resolving any discrepancies.
• Familiarity with travel and expense management software like Concur
• Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and management as well as external vendors
• Ability to handle any travel or expense-related issues that may arise.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing and processing expense reports.

Pay Range: $26.65 - $44.62 per hour based on total years of related experience
