Travel and Expense Program Administrator
Job Description
Administrator for the policies and tools (Ex. Concur) to ensure appropriate approvals for projects and expenses. Including reviewing/processing expense reimbursements, managing corporate credit card activities, and supporting reconciliation.
Essential functions

- Subject matter expert for the Concur Travel and Expense application to support employees with expense reports, reimbursement and travel-related inquiries
- Review and process expense reimbursement requests received from employees
- Manage the corporate card program, including program administration, the issuance and oversight of individual corporate credit cards to qualified employees, and the reconciliations and payment of corporate card accounts.
- Manage corporate card activities and ensure the T&E and purchasing policies & procedures are followed by all employees
- Manage corporate vendor relations for procurementand T&E (example: corporate travel provider)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Concur Solutions as an Administrator
- Experience working with a Corporate Travel and Corporate Card programs
- Understanding of general accounting principles
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Accounting / Accounts Payable and Expense Reporting software experience
- Strong communication skills, and follow-up
Work environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
- Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
