- Job Requirements
- 13-week contract as a Cardiac Radiology Technologist
- Must adhere to American Heart Association certifications for all direct patient care
- Additional Details
- American Heart Association certification must have the front and back of the card scanned
- For licensure or certification, provide online verification performed within past 30 days
- Drug Screen must be completed before start date
- All contractors must sign Trinity Health Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement
- Standard I9, Skills Checklist, and proof of vaccines (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap) required
