- Job Summary: Central Sterile Technician position at Norton King's Daughters' Health in Madison, Indiana.
- Shift: 9a-530p
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Job Requirements
- Current state or compact license and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start.
- Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission.
- Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer required.
- Completed onsite Fit Test required annually.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccinations (series of 3) and/or positive laboratory titer or signed declination required.
- Influenza vaccine status required, declination reviewed for religious or medical exemption only.
- 2 Negative TB skin tests required, 1 within 90 days and 1 within 365 days of start or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually.
- Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and/or positive laboratory titer required.
- Proof of having received Tdap vaccine required.
- Physical Capacity statement required within one year prior to assignment.
- Additional Details
- Passing score of 80% or higher on Norton Specialty Exam, updated every 3 years required.
- Norton Skills Checklist completed prior to start, updated annually required.
- Standard 10 panel drug screen completed within 12 months before start and updated annually required.
- Norton References and Employment Verification completed prior to start required.
- Norton Background Check completed prior to start and updated every 3 years required.
- Norton Candidate Affirmation completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance required.
- E-Verify and supporting documentation completed prior to start required.
- I-9 with supporting documentation completed prior to start required.
- Must adhere to Norton's job description available within document library.
- Workplace Safety Module completed prior to start and updated annually required.
- Norton KY TB Risk Assessment Form completed 90 days prior to start, updated annually required.
- Facility Form must be completed, NOT employment verification/resume required.
- Registry check for settings specified, updated every 3 years required.
