- 9 week contract
- Position / Specialty: OR CST
- Will work 3x12s, Days, 6:30a-7p
- One working weekend shift every 4 weeks
- On-call required: yes, up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks
- Holiday rotation required
- Traveler may need to float within scope to meet facility needs
- Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience required
- First-timers accepted
- Certifications required: NBSTSA, BLS
- Radiation Badge required: Yes
- Trauma Level required: Level 1 trauma
- Schedule Information
- Requires managers approval upon request for block schedule
- Local Radius: 60 miles
- Locals accepted on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
- All RTO must be included at time of submission
- Unit Specific Information
- Nursing teams consist of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologist
- RN’s are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures
- Busy and dynamic nurse driven, Magnet designated department
- Additional Details
- Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff has a completed and accurate I-9 form on file
- Copy of Driver's License required
- Copy of Social Security Card required
- AHA only. RQI acceptable for certifications
