BLS, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Verification
UAP;Department: CVOR Tech
2 years of CVOR experience, open hearts, CABG, Valves
MUST be able to first scrub
MUST BE WILLING to cross train into general OR
Staff must be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter

Shifts & Scheduling: 0645-1515 M-F, start at 6a for Open Heart Case Prep
OT opportunity, CV team lead will make schedule
Weeknight Call Requirements: 3-4 times per week, 1515-0645
Weekend Call Requirements: every other to every third weekend, Fri at 1515 to Mon at 0645
Holiday/Call Requirements: rotating holidays
Call response time: 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call, sleep room available
Floating Requirements: ability to pick up extra for 1:1 sitting

# of Suites: 2 CVOR suites
Average # of cases per day: 1-3
Common Cases: Open hearts (CABG, Valve, aneurysms), thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towers
Experience/Must have skills: MUST BE WILLING to cross train to other OR specialties

Days - Guaranteed 32hr/week, scheduled 40hr/week - 8hr shifts M-F 0645-1515 (6a for open heart cases), with call
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be with any facility associated with CommonSpirit
