The Opportunity

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Travel & Expense Specialist - Shared Services North America. The T&E Specialist executes the day to day activities supporting travel and expense reporting, expense auditing, Concur site administration, and employee assistance as needed. Additional activities include global support of the corporate card and travel programs. The candidate will be a member of the Shared Services Center in Rochester, New York; therefore, the role will entail coordination and collaboration with various regional and corporate finance teams in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the user will provide support the Shared Services team by ordering supplies, creating/maintaining PO's and updating the internal team internet site. This position is located in Rochester, NY.

The Responsibilities

• Support of Concur application - G/L configuration and integration, employee set-up and administration, travel module, system settings alignment with global T&E policy.
• Support global corporate Citibank card Travel & Expense, Pcard and Virtual Card programs- Manage card applications, MCC declines and other routine inquiries related to these programs.
• Provides reports from both Concur and Citibank as needed.
• Respond to audit and compliance request.
• Support projects and user acceptance testing.
• Supports LeaseCalcs administration - Setup employees with approved roles and workflows as needed.
• Provide administration support to the Shared Services Team - order supplies, create/maintain PO's and update the Inside Ortho group site as requested.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

The Individual

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance preferred
• Previous Concur experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage across multiple organizations, processes and initiatives.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Center is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Key Working Relationships:

Internal: Controllership , North American and other regional Finance, ad hoc internal employee support.

External: Concur, Citibank.

Key Supervisory Responsibilities:

Trains employees, Reviews work quality and quantity of others.
