    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
    Job Details
  • Perform frozen sections, IHC, Special stains, Recuts - There will be limited embedding on this shift.
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum experience: 2 years
  • State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date
  • Annual Nursys (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date
  • Background Check required within 30 days of start.
    Schedule Information
  • Monday-Friday
  • No weekend
  • No call
  • Floating: Within scope - rare
  • RTO: MAX 7 days
  • Holidays: Expected to work major holidays if they fall within assignment period.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision.

  • Photo ID Required
  • Compliance: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
  • Locals accepted - same rate
