Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,584 per week

Job Description

Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.
Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler.
Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start.
Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider.
Valid 10 years from the administered date.
Qualifying reference(s) completed prior to first assignment. At least two professional references.
Include Social Security Trace, Employment Verification, OIG Search and National Sex Offender.
Run within 90 days of start. Reran if break in service >90 days.
Clinical only, to be completed within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
Within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment with the client, updated annually thereafter.
Verification of education relevant to candidate’s clinical work. Must be completed within 90 days of start.

Must be AHA.
Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions/Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
