- Job Details
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center.
- Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Rural experience is preferred.
- Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years recent experience - Required
- CERNER EMR experience – Required
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile.
- Schedule Information
- Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
- RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
- Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25%
- Call, Call-Back and Charge: Not applicable for this need.
- Unit Specific Information
- The Cox House has seven independent senior apartments with off-street parking.
- The Stoughton and Evarts Houses provide Level III Residential Care Nursing.
