- Job Requirements
- Years of experience REQ: 2 years
- First-timers accepted: No
- License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact LPN license
- Certs REQ: BLS
- Experience Preferred: Epic, Med Surg and/or Pulmonary Experience
- Schedule Information
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission
- Additional Details
- Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
- Copy of Driver's License Required
- Copy of Social Security Card is required.
- AHA only. RQI acceptable.
