Job Description

• Arranging and coordinating all aspects of staff travel, from hotels to transportation.
• Utilizing online booking platforms for hotel, train, airline and car rental reservations.
• Issuing tickets through travel systems for air and ground transportation.
• Providing advice and solutions to travel-related inquiries.
• Ensuring travel costs are optimized and staying within the budget.
• Handling travel-related expenses and processing invoices.
• Supporting additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• During studies in tourism or a related field
• A solid command of English, both written and spoken, is crucial.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, international business setting.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Capability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
