Job Description
- Arranging and coordinating all aspects of staff travel, from hotels to transportation.
- Utilizing online booking platforms for hotel, train, airline and car rental reservations.
- Issuing tickets through travel systems for air and ground transportation.
- Providing advice and solutions to travel-related inquiries.
- Ensuring travel costs are optimized and staying within the budget.
- Handling travel-related expenses and processing invoices.
- Supporting additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- During studies in tourism or a related field
- A solid command of English, both written and spoken, is crucial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, international business setting.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Capability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
