Responsibilities: • Assist in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care for cardiovascular surgeries • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff • Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety in the OR • Complete documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience • At least 1 year of travel RN experience preferred • Current RN license (California preferred or compact state) • BLS and ACLS certifications Pay Package • Taxable Base Pay:$35/hr × 40 hrs/week = $1,400/week • Housing Stipend (Tax-Free):$1,337/week • Meals & Incidentals (Tax-Free):$602/week • Total Weekly Compensation:$3,339/week (~$83.48/hr blended) This package maximizes take-home pay without requiring benefits.
