- Located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona
- Community hospital and regional referral center
- Joint Commission Accredited
- Certified Chest Pain Center
- Level Trauma 3
- Shift: 7p-7a
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period
- Float Requirements: floating to other units (IMC, ED) in the hospital is an expectation
- Job Requirements
- Required Certifications: ACLS
- Years of Experience: 2
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Telemetry; recent acute care experience; can handle 6 patient ratio
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: at least 2 yrs RN experience; preceptor and charge experience is a plus
- Required Education: ADN
- Schedule Information
- Please indicate if candidate shift preference is flexible - will accept day or night, or only days/nights
- No block schedule requests, 48 hour can be considered but not guaranteed
- Call Requirements: NONE (we donβt schedule them to be on-call; but we can flex their scheduled shifts to an on-call shift as needed twice in their contract

- Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Equipment: Baxter for IV pumps; Posey for our bed/chair alarms; Omnicel for our drug dispensing cabinet; Zoll for our defibrillators
- EHR: Medhost
- Supervisor: Tanya Hawkins
- Dress Code: Scrub Color: black (top and bottom); Any unacceptable attire: open shoes
