- SPEARE WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY.
- Unit Staffing Environment: The nurse to patient ratio is a 2:1 for ICU levels of care.
- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
- Supports organizational efforts to continuously improve patient satisfaction scores.
- Performs and documents physical and psychosocial assessment of patients.
- Treats co-workers with courtesy and respect.
- Actively works to strengthen interdepartmental relationships.
- Provides comfort to patients and families, including prompt and effective nursing management.
- Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
- Job Requirements
- 2+ years of CURRENT ICU experience - Required
- Recent experience with high acuity MS/Tele patient - Required
- Prior travel experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile - Facility will not pend License/Cert
- Schedule Information
- Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
- RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- NO RTO CAN BE APPROVED FOR OCTOBER FOR THIS PARTICULAR NEED AT THIS TIME.
- Unit Specific Information
- Patient population: High acuity MSN/Tele, could get a vent or critical patient and then transfer out.
- EMR: Cerner
- Dress code: Scrubs of any color
- OT and Holidays Multipliers: x1.25
- On Call and Call Back: N/A for this need
- Nonbillable Orientation: 8 hrs
- Additional Details
- Effective Immediately, you MUST include your agency New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/ Registration Certificate up front with all Nursing Monadnock Community Hospital submissions.
- This license is required by the state of NH in order to staff for temporary needs.
