Job Description

75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS
Candidates must be aware of their submission to our facility
Candidates should not contact the facility directly
Active NM or compact license required
Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission
Time off requested after acceptance date will not be approved
Include at least two references (one from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment
2 years experience required in large OR
Ortho, ENT, and/or vascular experience a plus
Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment
Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment
Candidate must be able to scrub

Varied shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs
Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required
Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location

NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS
Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked
State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice
Ensure an accurate SS# and DOB is entered to avoid onboarding issues
Review page 13 of the contract regarding fees for cancellations without proper notice
