Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

Join our team in Waco, Texas, providing professional nursing care to individuals with behavioral health needs during night shifts (10p•8a).

Responsibilities:
• Direct patient care in a psychiatric setting.
• Administer medication to individuals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Document patient information in EMR system.
• Follow facility rules and policies.

Requirements:
• Active Texas RN License.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• 2 years of direct care nursing experience.
• Experience in hospital acute care, LTC, community clinics, public health.
• Experience in a psychiatric setting or nursing home preferred.
• COVID•19 vaccination required.

Additional Information:
• 13•week assignment, possible extension.
• 2 weeks orientation.
• May require to float per unit need.
• No specific scrub color/style.
• Parking provided.
• Must meet HHSC requirements, including immunization records, fingerprinting, and pass a drug screen and background checks.
