  • Special Requirements: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab and EP Lab work setting experience required; EP procedural experience required; Cerner EMR preferred; COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted if medical or religious)
    Job Requirements
  • Must be EP trained - position will perform EP cases one day per week and Cath/ IR cases the remaining three days/per week.
    Additional Details
  • Driver's License required for all candidates. Must remain active and current during entire assignment.
  • Required for all RN's/LVN's working on an out of state compact license. The state they declare on the form must match the state of the drivers license (or other proof of residency document) and state of the RN/LVN license.
