- Job Details
- General job duties include Medical Surgical Nursing, scanning and administering medications, vital signs monitoring, head to toe assessments, IVs, blood administration, and isolation procedures.
- Equipment utilized includes telemetry, POC, vital signs monitors (Phillips), vein viewers, medical supplies, bladder scanner, and Meditech charting.
- Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Medical Surgical Nursing.
- Current Indiana RN License.
- Schedule Information
- Floating to other units/departments between the Adult medical unit and Adult surgical unit 2N/3N.
- Unit Specific Information
- 2N has 23 surgical beds and 3N has 19 adult beds and 5 pediatric beds.
- Nurse to patient ratio is 5 patients per RN with support staff of LPNs and/or CNAs.
- Additional Details

- BLS Card required.
- ACLS preferred but not mandatory.
