- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Job Details
- Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend.
- Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg.
- COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
- Job Requirements
- Government-Issued photo ID. Color or B&W acceptable. Must be clear and legible.
- Required: ER RN
- Schedule Information
- RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
- Unit Specific Information
- Required: L&D, NICU
- Additional Details
- AHA only. Refer to UD/cost center to confirm certifications required per unit.
- Required for starts on/after 4/14/24. Must be completed within 12 months start.
